Terms of Service & Conversion License

Understand what is delivered, what you own, and the limits of our conversion service.

Updated 16 October 2026 · DECOMMISSION

1. Service and eligibility

DECOMMISSION is an independent software service that evaluates Make.com blueprint JSON against a narrowly defined subset of supported automation modules. Where eligible, it prepares TypeScript source-code projects for customer-controlled Cloudflare Workers deployment. We may reject scenarios that depend on unsupported connectors, authentication, expressions, timing, or side effects. A compatibility assessment is not an offer to provide conversion of an unsupported workflow.

2. Purchase and delivery

Compatibility assessment is free. A single supported workflow costs $199 USD. A supported bundle of 3–10 workflows costs $499 USD. Prices are one-time payments, without a recurring DECOMMISSION subscription. The amount shown at checkout controls each transaction; historical unpaid quotes are not current offers. Applicable taxes and payment conditions, if any, are shown before confirming the transaction.

Once payment is confirmed through our payment processor, DECOMMISSION grants access to the particular compiled ZIP artifact associated with your account and order. Checkout on a staging site may be disabled. You must keep a backup of delivered assets; ongoing access and retention are subject to operational availability and applicable law.

3. Ownership of delivered software

You own your customer-specific generated workflow code and may use, edit, self-host, and maintain it independently. DECOMMISSION retains all rights to its hosted compiler, source-to-source translation algorithms, service software, brand, and pre-existing reusable tooling. To the extent any DECOMMISSION runtime templates remain embedded in the delivered code, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy those templates as part of your generated project, including internal backups and work performed by contractors for your organization. This does not authorize selling DECOMMISSION's generic templates or hosted compiler as a competing standalone product. No DECOMMISSION license server is required to run a delivered Worker.

4. Testing and limitations

Replay checks supported semantics against customer-provided test cases and mocked HTTP responses. Successful replay is not proof of complete production equivalence with Make.com or third-party APIs. DECOMMISSION does not provide one-click production cutover, managed uptime, infrastructure hosting, or ongoing maintenance. Independent review and staging tests are required before routing production traffic.

5. Customer obligations

You must have authority to supply each blueprint, endpoint, payload, and test case, and to use the third-party APIs involved. Do not upload passwords, production API keys, unlawful personal data, or data that you are not permitted to process. You manage secrets, deployment, monitoring, retries, access control, and continued compliance with providers' terms.

6. Refunds and mandatory rights

Because the product is a custom digital download, we generally do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after the purchased artifact becomes available for download. This does not limit non-waivable statutory rights, including remedies for defective or undelivered digital content, billing errors, or any applicable withdrawal rights. Early digital delivery does not automatically remove statutory rights; applicable consent and confirmation requirements still apply. For assistance, contact support@decommission.dev. See our Refunds & limitations policy.

7. Accounts and prohibited conduct

Keep account credentials confidential. Do not circumvent payment gates, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, attack third-party systems, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict access to prevent abuse, subject to applicable law. These restrictions do not remove your permitted use of code you have already lawfully acquired.

8. Disclaimer, applicable law and contact

See the Warranty, Verification & Refund Notice for further limitations. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. No governing-law venue, corporate registration, postal address, or dispute forum is represented here because those operator details must be confirmed before live sales. The public-facing service name is DECOMMISSION; this is not a representation that DECOMMISSION is a separately registered legal entity.
